Remove imprinted safety seal from bottle cap. Do not swallow. Use applicator provided, rinse after use, store in stand provided. Adults and Children 2 Years and Older: Apply several drops to the affected area of the mouth. Allow the medication to remain in place at least 1 minute and then spit out. Use up to four times daily after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children Under 12 Years Old: Should be supervised in the use of this product. Children Under 2 Years: Ask a dentist or physician. Keep away from heat or direct sunlight. Cap tightly.

Active Ingredient: Carbamide Peroxide (15%) in Anhydrous Glycerin. Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Flavor, Methylparaben, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Saccharin.

Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor. Stop use and consult a doctor if sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; irritation, pain or redness does not go away or gets worse; swelling, rash, or fever develops.
