Try each level (Light/Medium/Firm) to determine which is appropriate for you. If Light Support is desired, use the insole with no inserts (arch cradle will be empty). To apply Adjustable Arch Insert: Slide narrow side of arch insert into heel-side slot of arch cradle. Gently bend insert and apply pressure to top of insert so that it slides/snaps into toe-side slot. Insert should be applied with ridged side facing out. To remove or switch Adjustable Arch Insert: While pressing firmly on insert, slightly bend insert toe portion so that insert releases. Remove insert and repeat directions to apply other one. Once you determine the most appropriate level for you, place product in shoe with fabric side up.
