Stir 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of Benefiber into at least 4 oz of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Use 8 oz if using 2 tbsp. stir until dissolved. 12 Yrs to Adult: 1-2 tbsp up to 3-4 times daily (not to exceed 5 tbsp per day). 7 to 11 Yrs: 1/2-1 tbsp up to 3 times daily (not to exceed 2.5 tbsp per day).
