To Wear: 1. Slide the sacro pad into the pocket. Wrap the brace around the hips, just below the hip bones, with the pad centered over the lower end of the backbone. 2. Pass the lower strap through the loop and pull back for a snug fit, then secure. Now do the same for the upper strap. If the straps are too long, cut off extra length, as needed. Adjust both straps until fit is firm yet comfortable. Care: Attach all straps before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: For men or women, this brace has been designed with adjustable strap closures in order to create a customized fit for most body types. To determine the correct size, measure around the hips, just below the waistline. Large: 41.0 - 46.0 inches (104.1 - 116.8 cm).
