Adult dosage: For the first seven days take once a day sprinkle one round tablespoon in six ounce glass of water of preferred beverage of your choice. Stir and drink. Follow with 8 oz glass of water after wards. Continued usage: After one week of allowing your system to adjust to the fiber intake. Take up to 3 times daily as needed.

Taking this product with out adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain or shortness of breath after taking this product seek medical attention. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. For freshness do not use if seal under the cap is broken or torn. Store below 86 F. Fill controlled by weight not volume.
