To open: Lightly squeeze both tabs located on each side of the neck of the bottle and turn the cap at the same time. To close: Screw cap back on (without squeezing the tabs) until it clicks. Under 2: Ask a doctor. Ages 2 to 5: 1/2 tbsp or 71/2 ml. Ages 6-11: 1 tbsp or 15 ml. Ages 12 and older: 2 tbsp or 30 ml. Repeat every four hours, not to exceed 6 doses per day or use as directed by a doctor. Store at room temperature.

Active (per tbsp): Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Guaifenesin 100 mg. Inactive Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, FD&C Red, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Oxide, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate.
