Place proper size toe separator between toes. Pull on hoisery carefully and readjust as necessary. If desired, product may be trimmed with scissors for custom fit. For maximum benefit, do not wear shoes or hoisery that interfere with toe freedom.

2 small, 2 medium and 2 large separators.
