For the relief of constipation (irregularity). Helps restore and maintain regularity. Promotes normal function of the bowel by increasing bulk volume and water content of stool.

Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Adults: take 2 tablets 1 to 4 times a day. Children 6 to 12 years: take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day. Children under 6 years: consult a physician. Dosage will vary according to diet, exercise, previous laxative use or severity of constipation. The recommended adult starting dose is 2 to 4 tablets daily. May be increased up to 8 tablets daily.

Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains 625 mg Calcium Polycarbophil equivalent to 500 mg Polycarbophil. Calcium content 125 mg per tablet. Inactive Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Powdered Cellulose, Polyplasdone, Croscarmellose Sodium, Colloidal Silicone Dioxide, Caramel Color, Magnesium Stearate.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Action Precaution: Contains Calcium. If you are taking any form of Tetracycline Antibiotic this product should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after you have taken the antibiotic. Store at controlled room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). Protect from moisture.
