I've used Posture-D off and on for 10 years, or more, but consistently, for the past 4 years, since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Most recent Dexa Scan showed improved bone density, thanks to a combination of Posture-D, Vitamin D, and weight-bearing exercise. I have had to buy this product online, for the past two or three years, since local stores stopped carrying it. I hope online stores continue to sell, as it offers the highest levels of calcium and vitamin D, per tablet, of any product I've tried to considered.
